Terms and conditions for booking and accommodation at Le Queyroix-Martin.

We ask that guests arrive after 16:00 and check out before 11:00.  Anyone expecting to arrive after 22:00 should let us know so that arrangements can be made.

Le Queyroix-Martin is a no smoking establishment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the buildings or on the terrace but is allowed in the gardens. Guests found to have smoked in their room will be invoiced for a deep clean.

We regret that pets cannot be accommodated.

Evening meals are available by reservation only. Reservations should be made at least three days in advance. Payments for evening meals and other extras will become due as they are incurred and are payable prior to departure.

We ask for a deposit of €25 per room per night to confirm the reservation. This deposit is deducted from the final bill with the outstanding balance being payable prior to departure. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation or if you do not arrive.

For all reservations, if an early departure becomes necessary the balance of the original reservation will be charged in full.

Payments may be made by cheques from a French bank made out to euros, by PayPal, by bank transfer and or by cash. Credit cards can be accepted during your stay.

If a guest causes any damage to the property he or she may be charged accordingly.
